Publication workflow
Every public specialty guide follows the same evidence path.
Named physician review is displayed only when the reviewer, scope, date, and authorization are recorded. Until that review is complete, content is attributed to the SurgiTest Clinical Editorial Team rather than implying an endorsement that has not occurred.

Clinical scope
SurgiTest is an educational practice environment, not a source of patient-specific medical advice. Public guides discuss general reasoning patterns and must not replace local policy, direct supervision, current primary literature, or the candidate instructions provided by the certifying board.
“Critical failures,” scorecards, answer structures, and timing methods published by SurgiTest are educational frameworks unless a page explicitly identifies them as an official board requirement and cites the source.
Privacy and personal cases
Personal case material must be fully de-identified before upload. Candidates should remove direct identifiers, dates, record numbers, facility identifiers, free-text clues, and imaging metadata that could expose protected health information.
Public examples are synthetic or de-identified. SurgiTest does not expose uploaded cases, raw transcripts, grading prompts, hidden media, or private performance data in public pages or structured data.

Send the page URL, the statement in question, and a primary source when available. Material corrections should be reviewed promptly; urgent safety or privacy concerns should be escalated immediately.
